We guarantee not to use any programs or macros or do anything that will put your account at risk of being banned.
We will stop those in the process of powerleveling, frequently login during PL time, shift the gold coin or items which may cause banned, and interfere with our service seriously,we does not bear all consequences caused the above-mentioned reasons.
We did not accept account which had freezed or banned yet. Otherwise in the course of powerleveling, it is unusual or banned happen, we do not bear any responsibility.
In order to secure your account,and do the fast power leveling we may change your account password after we start the Power Leveling. But we surely will change it back to the one you have provided to us previously after we complete the leveling.
The accounts of customer need reciprocal password protection. We try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of your account. We take your privacy extremely seriously. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. Once your order is completed, please do change your password.
Because we provide 24/7 online service, you must have your account recharged timely and sufficiently, we are not held responsible for any delay caused by that. During the period of power leveling if the respective game server is down frequently, we can not do power leveling, so we will ask for postponing power leveling period properly.
After you pay, we start working on your order within half a hours after receiving unless our power-level department is queued with orders. You can be assured that we will start working on your order once our professional power-levelers become available.
When someone sends a tell to your character, we will respond as if AFK,however if a GM sends the character a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. Please let us know in advance if you have preferred responses to incoming tell.
We provide real-time online status report so that you may inquire about the state of your character 24/7. Please refrain from logging on your account during the leveling period, which slows down the leveling process and can lead to service delay.
If your character to be leveled owns big-ticket items or lots of golds, you have to state all these important possessions (Expensive items listing, Total amount of golds.) clearly when you are placing the order, or you can make a proper arrangement to avoid making such a statement.
I. Game Account
Indeed, risk does exist when you fling yourself into PL service. We highly suggest our prospective customer to power-level a brand new account to avoid any collateral damage to the big-ticket character(s) that dwelled in the existing account in case of mishap.
If you insist on leveling your existing account instead of a brand new one, please be mindful that we only take full responsibility of the integrity of the character being leveled (including its soul bound equipment) but not of any collateral damage or loss to your other character(s). Moreover, you better transfer all of your Wow gold to other account(s). It is not like we need them to do the power-leveling. Existing gold in the account would seem more like burden to our power-leveling agents, so to speak.
II. Rules of Thumb
1. Refrain from changing your password or logging in your account during the course of power-leveling, which may seriously delay the service.
2. Apart from the account password, DO NOT provide the customer service or power-leveling agents with any of your personal, sensitive or password information, such as your bank account password.
3. Change your account password immediately when the power-leveling is completed.
We will start power-leveling your character after the confirmation of successful payment. Be well noted that any delays in the leveling deadline that due to force majeure such as: Network/Game Server down (failure) will not be compensated by us.
Do change your account password immediately when the power-leveling is completed. We will not bear any responsibility after 24 hours since the email has been sent.
4.refund policy
first,if the Gold you have ordered was not sent you with 48 hours,we will fully refund you. except those customers who asked for waiting
second, during the process of the power leveling,if your account was banned although you have obeyed the rules of us, we will fully refund
third,during the process of the power leveling,if your account was restricted for 72 hours,we will partly refund you
fourth, during the process of the power leveling and making gold,if you were not satisfied with our service and asked for the refund,we will refund you according to the service we have provided.
